RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At PHATZ Boutique, we want every Pretty, Hot & Thick queen to feel confident in her purchases.

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our inventory and exclusive drops, we do not offer refunds. However, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of confirmed delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit or an exchange will be issued if approved.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos s we can resolve the issue promptly.

PHATZ Boutique reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
